Flutter SDK 4.0 release

Smartlook released an update the Flutter SDK.
The Flutter SDK 4.0 includes:
- Static methods converted to instance methods
- Method namings and functionality changed
- Update of the Smartlook Android and iOS SDKs to v2.1.0
- Java converted to Kotlin
- Objective C converted to Swift
Wireframe rendering not available
Wireframe rendering is not available at this time but will be available in a future release.
