React Native SDK 2.1 Release

Smartlook released an update to the React Native SDK.
The React Native SDK 2.1.0 includes:
Updates:
- You can use Expo to set up Smartlook in your project.
- If you use Expo development builds or Expo prebuild, you do not need a config plugin.
- However, you cannot use the Expo Go app because the Smartlook SDK uses custom native code.
